Share anonymous feedback on the report

You are invited to share your anonymous feedback with the Task Force by submitting the following form. While the Task Force is unable to respond to individual comments, all submissions will be reviewed in advance of preparing their final report. Although these submissions are intended for Task Force members, they may elect to post them on the Idea Bank for community viewing as well.
